1 down, 1 to go

This seems strange, but it's already been 1 month since my mission call was issued by the First Presidency. I remember thinking when I got my call that the time would drag on forever, but now it seems like I was wrong. According to my desktop countdown, our flight leaves in 37 days, 10 hours, 43 minutes, and 32 seconds from the time I finished writing the countdown. I wonder if that time will fly by also (no pun intended)...

Oh, and on another note, I finally decided to suck it up and go back to McDonald's. I had to fill out another application, but they pretty much hired me on the spot anyway. I start at 11 AM this morning (since it is technically Saturday now), and work until 7 PM. That schedule repeats itself just about every day next week also. They're giving me 40 hours next week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday), and if this keeps up, I'll have my debts paid off in no time at all! Of course, I don't know how much they're gonna pay me this time. When I last worked back in December of '04, I was making $6/hour. Hopefully, I'll be back with that rate, if not higher. Either way, though, I'm still kinda glad I got a job, even if it is McDonald's.

Well, I'm tired, and I need to go to bed. I just need to run my brother and mom out of this room so I can go to bed LOL.
