Ransburg

*sigh*

This past week reminded me just how much I loved working at Ransburg Scout Reservation for the past two summers. It also reminded me of how much I wish I could have worked there this year also. I shouldn't complain too much, though, because I got to go to Ransburg anyway. The difference was, this year I was a camper and an ADULT LEADER...

While I did have some trouble finding stuff to do to keep me busy, I still managed to have an awesome time. I love that place! I did get to see most of my staff friends from last year and the year before. I also had the opportunity to help out in my old home, Scoutcraft, with a couple of Firecrafter candidates. I signed off on one fire-by-friction and graded three campfires during the week. Alas, my time at Ransburg for 2004 ended a few hours ago...

It's okay, though. I plan on going next summer (if I'm not on my mission), either as an adult leader with my troop or as a member of the camp staff.

Weather: Not too sure what it's doing right now. I do know it's gonna storm pretty bad in about an hour or so...
