Will Work For Money!
Well now that I've officially graduated from high school, I NEED A JOB!!! I applied today @ McDonald's in Pendleton, they told me they'd call me back if they were interested in hiring me. I talked to Brie about it since she was hired there yesterday. She told me to call them tomorrow because that's what she did and they hired her after she called them. That means if they hire me, I'll get to work with 3 of my friends: Richard, Brie and Sunny!
At first I didn't really want to apply but I realized that the $5.50 I'd probably be making there would be better than the $0.00 I'd be making just staying at home all summer. I still wish I could work at Camp Ransburg this year. I've had a blast there the past two summers. The staff is a lot of fun to work with. And if it weren't for some of them, I probably wouldn't have started this blog, because I was inspired to do this after reading some of theirs.
On a completely random note, Brie and I went to the June Jamboree today. I almost got sick after riding one of the rides twice in a row that spins you around really fast. I know that describes half of the rides there, but I can't remember the name. The best thing about it was, other than that I got to spend time with Brie, is that we won a Puss in Boots toy from the movie "Shrek 2." She let me keep it! Yay!
I hope y'all like the new color scheme/layout. It seemed more fitting, considering I'm going to Ball State in the fall...
